Dr. Ichabod

A really Mad Scientist and "Phantom of the Opera"-type maniac who tries to transcend his physical being by destroying his outer shell. He does strange impossible things with his head and can pull his brain out without harming himself. He always tags his terrible behavior with a disclaimer (spoken in a foreign accent) that it's just a public service announcement.
